By using RooKi ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. RooKi operates separate terms for different user types — please read the section that applies to you.
Student terms
Student accounts are free. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Assessment results and profile data are yours — you control employer visibility. You agree not to provide false information on your profile.
Employer terms
Employer accounts require payment for job listings as described on our pricing page. Listings are live for 30 days from payment. You agree to post only genuine, entry-level roles. Refund policy: .
Training provider terms
Training provider advertising is billed monthly as per your selected tier. Course information must be accurate and current. You agree to honour advertised pricing and enrolment terms.
General terms
- RooKi is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee employment outcomes
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Australia
- We may update these terms — continued use constitutes acceptance
